Commercial Electronic Message Consent Statement


By approving this statement;

I hereby grant my express consent and approval for pingyou Inc. ("pingyou" or the "Company") to send commercial electronic messages (e-mail, SMS, MMS, calls, etc.) to the contact information (e-mail address, telephone number) that I have provided in the course of my membership and service relationship on the pingyou platform, for the following purposes:

  • Announcement of general/special opportunities relating to the Company's products and services,

  • Keeping me informed of current developments,

  • Conducting greetings, well-wishes, surveys and customer satisfaction activities,

  • Notification of promotions, discounts, gifts and campaigns,

and to use and store my contact information for these purposes; and to share such information with third-party service providers engaged for the delivery of such commercial messages (SMS/e-mail dispatch firms) and, as required by mandatory law, with the Message Management System Inc. (İleti Yönetim Sistemi A.Ş. – "İYS"), within the scope of Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data.

I acknowledge that I have the right to refuse (opt out of) the commercial electronic messages sent to me at any time, free of charge and without stating any reason; and that I may submit such refusal easily by using the unsubscribe link contained in the messages or via the İYS platform.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This document shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this document shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Execution Offices of the Republic of Türkiye.
